A member of the Plus Ultra Roofing team will reach out within 24 hours to set a day that suits you. After the flyover, your report lands by email: real photos of your roof and a plain-language read on what they show.
If your roof's in good shape, the report will say so. We'd rather earn your trust now than your roof job before it's due.
A member of the Plus Ultra Roofing team will reach out within 24 hours to book your flyover. Your report lands by email after we fly.
Name, email, and the address of the roof. Twenty seconds, right on this page.
One quick email to pick a day for the flyover, or a call if you'd rather leave a number. Roofs are the family trade, and we've been on them our whole lives.
The drone photographs every slope, valley, and flashing line from above. You don't need to be home for it.
Real photos of your roof with a plain-language read from Mackenzie: what's solid, what's worth watching, and what to deal with soon.
That's the printed promise on the flyer, and it's the real one. If your roof's fine, the report says so and we leave you alone.
Not a brochure. Photos of your own roof, marked plainly: yellow means worth watching, red means deal with soon.
Attached are the drone photos from the flyover at 24 Birchfield Dr, along with my read on what they show.
Shingles are laying flat and sealed. Plenty of life left up there.
Granule wear starting in the valley line. Nothing urgent. Have it looked at again in a couple of years.
Every photo here is ours: the same drone, flying the same addresses, before and after the work.
Factory-certified installers. The certification is CertainTeed's, the standards are ours.
Every review is from a real roof in this area, and we can point you to any of them.
Third-generation, locally owned and operated. The trucks you'll see are ours and the people in them are too.
Serving Greater Moncton, Riverview and Dieppe.
Yes. The flyover and the report cost you nothing. Some roofs we scan need work and some don't, but either way you'll know where you stand, and you'll know who flew it. That's worth it to us.
You don't. The drone works from above and our pilot works from the street. If you'd like to watch it fly, say so when we reach out and we'll time it so you're around.
Only if you ask us to, or if we spot something that genuinely can't wait. Otherwise the report is the last you'll hear from us.
Shingle condition, granule wear, flashing lines, valleys, ridge caps, chimneys, and anything lifting or out of place. It gets closer than a ladder ever safely does, and it photographs everything it sees.
The report tells you plainly, with the photos to back it up. What you do next is up to you. Our honest advice is to get three to five quotes if it comes to that, and one of them can be ours if you'd like.
Twenty seconds now. A full aerial report in your inbox after we fly.
